Como o nosso blog é sobre a moda gyaru decidi falar um pouco sobre esta moda, para aqueles que ainda não sabem muito bem do que se trata, e que ainda estão a começar...
Só gostava de dizer uma coisa antes de começar... Para se ser uma gyaru não se têm que ter ou fazer tudo o que aqui vai ser dito... Uma gyaru mantem-se sobretudo fiel a si mesmo e aos seus gostos... Não sei tem que ser necessáriamente loira ou ter cabelo grande e encaracolado para se ser uma gyaru... Não se tem que ser alta e magra... Todasas pessoas são diferentes e o que importa é que se sinta bem com o que veste ^w^

Since our blog is about the gyaru fashion I decided to talk a little bit about this fashion, for those who still don't quite know what it is, and who are still starting...
I woud just like to say one thing before I start... To be a gyaru you don't have to have to be or do everything that will be said here ... A gyaru keeps mainly true to herrself and her tastes... You don't necessarily have to be blonde or have big curly hair to be a gyaru... You don't have to be tall and thin... Everyone is different and what matters is that you feel good with what you wear ^w^

bronzeamento, as sais curtas e as Loose Socks se tornaram populares,
principalmente entre as estudantes, que queriam quebrar o padrão de
beleza japonês.

☆ Maquilhagem ☆ Make-up ☆
As quatro coisas fundamentais na make-up básica de uma gyaru são: o lápis branco ou sombra branca no canto inferior do olho, o eyeliner preto, as pestanas falsas e as circle lenses. Com estas quatro coisas já se consegue fazer uma maquilhagem básica de gyaru... O lápis ou sombra branca no canto inferior do olho serve para iluminar mais esse ponto dando a ilusão que o olho é maior. Já nos cantos externos são usadas cores mais escuras, como por exemplo o eyliner preto, para destacá-los. As pestanas falsas são essenciais e são colocadas de maneira estratégica (as pestanas de baixo são colocadas não junto a linha das pestanas mas um pouco mais na diagonal de maneira a fazer com que o olho pareça maior. As circle lenses servem para dar mais cor ao olho e também para dar a ilusão de ele ser maior.

No entanto, a maior parte das gyarus tendem a usar a pele bronzeada, variando de tons mais claros e leves até tons completamente artificiais.

também bastante comuns. Raras sãoa s vezes em que vemos cabelos pintados de cores mais vivas, embora existam exemplos de sub-estilos como manba e sentaa (homens que vestem manba) e ainda modelos como a Kaoru Watanabe que
são adeptos dos cabelos coloridos.

☆ Nail Art ☆
Nail art é também um ponto essencial em gyaru. Normalmente as unhas são postiças e os desenhos e enfeites são feitos nas unhas antes de estas serem aplicadas. Dependo do sub-estilo podem ser usados diferentes motivos... Por exemplo, amekaji usa mais flores como girassóis e tudo o que tenha a ver com a América e a bandeira americana e Hime usa rosas e laços como os temas principais.
Nail art is also an essential point in gyaru. Normally the nails are fake and the designs and decorations are made in the nails before they are applied. As circle lens são lentes que visam ampliar o tamanho da íris dos olhos. Existem circle lenses nas mais variadas cores, tamanhos e com imensos efeitos. Fazem uma diferença enorme no rosto, tanto nos das orientais quanto nos das gaijins. As três cores mais comuns são o castanho o preto e o cinza mas existem gyarus que preferem cores mais chamativas.

They make a huge difference in the face, both in the oriental's as in the gaijins. The three most common colors are brown, black and gray but there are gyarus who prefer flashy colors.
